Dandelion is native to Eurasia and North America, are found as commonplace wild flowers worldwide.
The species of Taraxacum are tap-rooted, perennial, herbaceous plants, native to temperate areas of the Northern Hemisphere.
Dandelions are thought to have evolved about 30 million years ago in Eurasia.
They have been used by humans for food and as an herb for much of recorded history.
Tea brewing method –
1. Rinse the herbs with cold running water then soak it for 30min.
2. Water : Herbs ( 2liters : 30g )
3. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 30min ~ 2hr or more. ( Root : 1hr – 2hr / Loose leaves : 10min-30min )
