How to Make BURDOCK ROOT TEA?
1.Bring about 2 cups of water (or 500ml) to a boil.
2.Take 1 to 2 teaspoons of dry herb BURDOCK ROOT into the cup .
3.Pour the boiling water over the root and then let it rest for about 5 to 7 minutes. Strain and drink 2 to 3 cups a day at most.
